From CBS Atlanta:

Frederick Dukes may be a teenager, but he is wise beyond his years.

“A lot of people talk about doing things, but you can’t talk about it. You can’t think about it. You can only just go and do it,” said Dukes, a senior at Washington Senior Academy.

For the last two years Dukes has been homeless and often hungry.

“I’m still a high school student. Even though I am dealing with the hardships of adults, I am still a young man and teenager at the moment in time,” Dukes said.

Wow what an inspirational story in the current day climate of lazy teens who want everything handed to them on a silver platter. Check out the video below and let us know what you think in the comment section.

I love these inspirational stories and if I was in a position to help him right now I definitely would. I had it very rough in my first year of college too so I know what hungry and homelessness is like. Keep your head up son and be strong and have good courage. God bless you!
